Can Icon AV help choose the right equipment?
Yes. You do not need to know the exact gear list. Tell us the room, audience, agenda, and presenter needs, and we will recommend the right audio, video, projection, lighting, streaming, and crew support.
Do you provide delivery, setup, and strike?
Yes. Icon AV can provide delivery, setup, on-site technical support, show call, and post-event strike. Setup and breakdown should be requested during booking so labor and timing are scoped correctly.
What event sizes do you support?
We support everything from small private dinners and boardroom meetings to hotel breakouts, pharmaceutical programs, school events, conferences, expos, and larger general sessions.
Can businesses or nonprofit organizations pay by check?
Eligible businesses and organizations may be approved for company check, ACH, or other payment arrangements. Payment terms depend on the project scope and account status.
Do you sell or repair equipment?
Icon AV is primarily focused on event production, AV support, rentals, and staffing. For equipment purchase or repair questions, contact the team directly so we can confirm whether we can help or point you in the right direction.
